VIRGIL R. BAKER

  Virgil R. Baker, 47, of Berlin, died Tuesday evening, Sept. 28, at his home.  
He was a son of the late Charles T. and Susan Garlitz Baker.
  Surviving are his mother, a brother, R. E. Baker of Indianapolis, Ind.; and 
two sisters - Mrs. Judd Brant and Mrs. Ferris Deeter, both of Berlin.
  Funeral services were conducted Friday at 2 p.m. in the home of his mother 
with the Rev. Robert S. Nagle officiating.  Interment was made in I.O.O.F. 
Cemetery in Berlin under direction of Johnson & Son.
