  LEON FRANK BALCOM
  
    Leon Frank Balcom, 56, Grantsville RD; died Aug. 6 in Meyersdale
  Community Hospital.
    He was born Nov. 9, 1909, in Worchester, Mass., a son Of Frank and Alma
  (Fortaine) Balcom.
    Surviving are his wife, Ruth (King) Balcom; a son, Kane Balcom, Baton
  Rouge, La.; a brother, William Balcom, Oakdale, Mass. and a sister Mrs.
  Cora Danielson, Worchester, Mass.
    Service was held Aug. 9 at Humbert Funeral Home, Confluence, with Rev.
  John H. Hickson officiating.  Interment was in Addison Cemetery.
