All rights reserved. http://www.usgwarchives.net/copyright.htm http://www.usgwarchives.net/pa/somerset/ ________________________________________________ ALICE JANE BALDWIN Mrs. Alice Jane Baldwin, widow of Charles Baldwin, died at her home, 130 Large St., Thursday, August 24, at 4 a.m., at the age of 78 years. She was born in Berlin, July 2, 1865, a daughter of Jacob and Mary (Musser) Coleman. Surviving are one son, Harry A. Baldwin, and two daughters, Mrs. Edna Dia and Mrs. John E. Fullem, all of Meyersdale, and one sister, Mrs. Eliza Zimmerman, of Stoystown. The following grandchildren also survive: Mrs. James Q. A. McClure, Pearisburg, Va., Charles and William Dia, with the U.S. Army; Miss Gail Fullem, of Baltimore, Md., Mrs. Sewell Crisman, Mrs. William Griffiths, of Newport, R.I., and Miss Mary Baldwin. Three great-grandchildren also survive. Funeral services will be held at the Baldwin home at 2 o'clock on Sunday afternoon, in charge of Dr. R. M. Dunkelberger, pastor of Zion Evangelical Lutheran Church, of which she was a member. Interment will be made in the Berlin cemetery, in charge of W. C. Price and Son.
