Born Sept. 24, 1908, Hopewell, Bedford County. Daughter of the late Wayne and Florence (Foster) Whited. Also preceded in death by her husband Richard Calvin Baldwin, who died on Oct. 2, 1977; also infant son, Edgar Lee Manges, and two sisters, Viola Lease and Alta Baldwin. Survived by sister, Mrs. Ora Currie, Seward RD 1; nieces and nephews; Mrs. Ronald (Bonnie) Braken, Ebensburg; Elizabeth Baldwin, Westmont; Mrs. Kenneth (Barbara) Saler, Campbell, N.Y.; Mrs. Henry (Madeline) Cook, Milburn, N. J.; Mrs. Gene (Maryann) Cheers, Annapolis, Md.; Raymond Currie, Seward; Mrs. Robert (Patricia) Shaw, Cleveland, Ohio; Gerald and Thomas Currie, Seward RD 1; numerous great-nieces and great-nephews. Member of auxiliary to FOE Aerie 1801 and auxiliary to VFW Post 554. Friends received from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Monday in the Hauger-Zeigler Funeral Home, Somerset, Where services will be conducted at 1 p.m. Tuesday, the Rev. Roger L. Forry officiating.
