  Mrs. Rose Balis, 84, formerly of Somerset, died June 28, Lankenau Hospital,
  Philadelphia.  Wife of the late Herman Balis.  Survived by a daughter, Mrs.
  Helen Sacks, of 329 Windsor Park Lane, Havertown, Pa., 19083; a sister,
  Mrs. Rebecca Laponsky, and one grandchild.  Funeral services will be held
  Sunday at 10 a.m., at Joseph Levine & Son Funeral Home, 7112 North Broad
  St., Philadelphia, 19126.  Interment, Roosevelt Memorial Park, Bucks County.
