Ball, 56, of Rear 218 Ohio St., Boswell, died Aug. 4, 1975 at home. Born Oct. 5, 1918, in Jerome a son of William and Mary (Wosokofsky) Ball. Preceded in death by parents. Was a brother of Mrs. Frank Brown, William W. and Frances, all of Boswell; John a Velosky, Naranja, Fla.; and Frank, Plattsburgh, N.Y. Member of St. Stanislaus Catholic Church, Boswell, Boswell Post 461 American Legion and Jenner Rod and Gus Club. A veteran of World War II. Friends received from 7 to 9 p.m. Tuesday (today) and 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Wednesday at the Joseph H. Hoffman Funeral Home, 227 Allegheny St., Boswell, where rosary-wake service will be held at 7:30 p.m. Wednesday. Mass of Christian burial at 9 a.m. Thursday at St. Stanislaus Church with the Rev.
