  Frances (Speicher) Richards-Ballantine, 89, Las Vegas, formerly of Boswell,
  died Sept. 9, 2005, in Las Vegas. Born Sept. 16, 1915, in Garrett, daughter of
  Harry and Ada Brumbaugh Speicher. Preceded in death by parents; brother, H.
  Brumbaugh Speicher and sister, Dorothy Murray. Survived by children, Barbara
  (Richards) Round, Las Vegas; and Paula (Richards) Roemele, Fombell; four
  grandchildren; and sister, Wilma Ashe, Fort Wayne, Ind. She was education
  secretary for Penn Hills School District for 19 years. Interment St. Johns
  Cemetery. Arrangements by Hauger-Zeigler Funeral Home.
