  FLORENCE K. BANKS
  
    Florence K. Banks, 80, Meyersdale, died Jan. 1, 1990, in Delaware Valley
  Hospital, Langhorne.
    She was born May 2, 1909, in Charlottesville, Va., daughter of the late
  Mr. and Mrs. Moses Scott.  Also preceded in death by her husband, Theodore
  Banks Sr., in 1985.
    She is survived by four sons: Theodore Jr., Morrisville; James and
  William, both of Trenton, N.J., and Charles, Bordentown, N.J.  Also
  survived by a number of grandchildren and great grandchildren.  Two
  sisters: Irene Dyer and Susan Scott, both of Charlottesville, Va.
    She was a member of the Meyersdale Christian Church.
    Friends were received in the Leckemby Funeral Home, where services were
  held at 10 a.m. Friday, with Pastor Robert Long officiating.  Interment,
  Union Cemetery.
