  BARCLAY
  
  Glenn E. Barclay, 81,5921 Hillhaven Drive, Erie, died Feb. 26, 1996, at his
  residence of congestive heart failure.  Born July 6, 1914, in Somerset
  County, a son of the late Norman W. and Elsie (Knupp) Barclay.  He retired
  from state employment 20 years ago.  Survived by his wife of 61 years,
  Burdella (Marker) Barclay; a son, Lance L. Barclay of Erie; a brother,
  Orlando J. Barclay, Somerset RD 1; a sister, Betty Wickham of Somerset RD
  3, and two granddaughters, Nicole Barclay Swanson and Martine Glessner
  Barclay.  Arrangements were handled by Burton Funeral Home, 602 W. 10th St.
  Erie.
