  BARKLEY
  
    Ruth Cecelia Barkley, 88, of Somerset died Sept. 26, 2002 at Holy Spirit
  Hospital, Camp Hill, Pa.  Born Dec 8, 1913, in Laurelville, Pa., the
  daughter of Thomas and Ada Ellen (Brothers) Hoke.  Preceded in death by
  husband, Eldon Hay Barkley, who died Oct. 24, 1985, sisters:  Effie
  Wadsworth, Ruby Garrison, brother, Milton Hoke.  Survived by children: Gary
  D. Barkley, Middletown, Pa., and Robert H. Barkley, Camp Hill, Pa.  A 1931
  graduate of Hurst High School and a member of Mt. Calvary Lutheran
  Church.  Friends received 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Sunday at Hauger-Zeigler
  Funeral Home, Somerset where a service will be conducted 10:30 a.m. Monday
  with Rev. Eliza A. Osman officiating.  Interment, Lavansville Lutheran
  Cemetery.
