(Tressler) 01/07/08 Daily American Mary C. (Tressler) Yoder Barlett, 87, Mitchellville, Md., died Jan. 6, 2008, at the home of her daughter, Ruth, with whom she resided. Born May 2, 1920, in Meyersdale, a daughter of the late Chauncey F. and Vena (Burley) Tressler. Preceded in death by her husband, Ralph Yoder, whom she married Oct. 23, 1939; and husband, Charles D. Barlett, whom she married Dec. 16, 1973; a daughter, Theresa Krause Compton; and these brothers and sisters, William C. (Bill), Conrad (Coonie), Joseph Tressler, Betty J. Diest, Sadie S. Craig, Delores (Dee) Beal and Betress. Survived by three daughters, \ Margaret (Peg) Yoder, Somerset, Georgia Lee Yoder, Churchton, Md. and Ruth S. Yoder, Mitchellville, Md.; seven grandchildren; 20 great-grandchildren and 10 great-great-grandchildren. While living in Meyersdale, she was a seamstress for Baldwin Men's Store, HP Store, Stephen's and Hay's Dry Cleaners. When she moved to Maryland, she continued to be a seamstress. She enjoyed gardening, decorating, shopping and playing with her dog, ÒBridgett,Ó dancing and spending time with her family. Friends will be received from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Friday at the M.
