  Mrs. Irene Louise Barndt, 55, Sipesville, died June 28, 1979, at Lee
  Hospital, Johnstown.  Born Jan. 21, 1924, in Sipesville, daughter of
  the late Charles and Hazel (Barnett) Friedline.  Survived by husband,
  Edward J.; and these children:  Brenda, wife of Ralph Long,
  Mechanicsburg, Pa.; Marvin, of Towaca, N.J.; Denise, wife of Leo
  Stinnett of Ft. Lauderdale, Fla.; grandson, Keith Long; and two
  brothers, Robert of Shanksville and Eugene, Royal Oaks, Mich.  Member
  of Christ Casebeer Lutheran Church and Needle's Eye and Knitting
  Club.  Friends will be received after 2 p.m. today at the Richard E.
  Hauger Funeral Home, where service will be conducted Saturday at 11
  a.m., the Rev. Robert Clark and the Rev. Herbert Moore officiating. 
  Interment, Beam Cemetery.  In lieu of flowers, family requests
  contribution be made to American Cancer Society, Casebeer Lutheran
  Church or Mt. Laurel United Church of Christ.
