    Norman R. Barndt, 54, of Friedens RD 2 died Jan. 7 in his residence. 
  Born April 4, 1919 in Stonycreek Township, the son of William Barndt of
  Berlin and the late Rebecca Fieg.  Survived by two uncles and one aunt;
  Milton Fieg, with whom he resided, and Homer Feig, both of Friedens RD 2;
  and Mrs. Cora Mostoller of Somerset RD 1.  Family will receive friends from
  2 to 4 p.m. and 7 to 9 p.m. Tuesday in the Charles R. Deaner Funeral Home,
  Stoystown, where service will be conducted at 2 p.m. Wednesday, Rev. James
  R. Ling officiating.  Interment, Mizpah Cemetery.
