    Reba M. Barndt, 83, of Friedens, died Oct. 23, 1998, at home.  Born Oct.
  5, 1915, in Boswell, daughter of Frank and Mary Jane (O'Neil) O'Baker. 
  Preceded in death by parents; husband, Ernest, son, Thomas; sister, Ada
  Edmondson; brothers, Frank and Charles O'Baker; 14 step-brothers and
  step-sisters.  Survived by these children: John, married to the former
  Catherine Pugh, and Robert, married to the former Deanna Uphouse, both of
  Friedens; Ernest Jr., married to the former Frances McCloskey, Eagle River,
  Alaska; Ada Perry of Arlington, Va.; and daughter-in-law, Shirley Barndt of
  Friedens; 21 grandchildren; 26 great-grandchildren; sister-in-law Helen
  Ibinson of Pittsburgh; cousin Margaret Anderson of Boswell; and numerous
  nieces and nephews.  Member of St. Peter's Catholic Church, Somerset.  Mass
  of Christian Burial will be held at 10 a.m. Monday at St. Peter's Catholic
  Church, Somerset, Msgr. Samuel J. Tomaselli officiating.  Interment, Mount
  Carmel Cemetery, Jenner Crossroads.
