Born Sept. 28, 1922, at Boynton, the daughter of the late Russell and Gertrude (Bittner) Walker. Preceded in death by her husband, William R. Barnhart; four brothers, Frederick, William, John and Paul Walker; and two sisters, Annabelle Christner and Mary Schrock. Survived by two nieces and one nephew, Bonnie McKenzie and Doll Christner, both of Frostburg, Md., and Paris (Deb) Christner, Salisbury. Mrs. Barnhart was the last surviving member of her immediate family. She was a secretary for W.R. Grace Co., Baltimore, Md. Member of St. John's United Church of Christ, Salisbury. Friends will be received from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Monday, at the Newman Funeral Home Inc., 9168 Mason-Dixon Highway, Salisbury, where funeral services will be conducted at 10 a.m. Tuesday.
