Barron, 79, Somerset RD 7, formerly of Rockwood RD 2, died Oct. 22, 1987, at Somerset Community Hospital. Born May 2, 1908, in South Connellsville, daughter of the late George Washington and Minnie (Gary) Henry. Preceded in death by parents; husband, Orlin D. in 1979; one son, Charles Everett; a brother, Amos; a grandson; and a granddaughter. Survived by two stepsons: Norman B. Barron of Somerset RD 3; and William M. Barron of Derry, Pa.; six step-grandchildren and 12 step-great-grandchildren; nine children: Mrs. Robert (Betty) Singo and George Robert, both of Somerset; Mrs. Clair (Emma Jean) Emert, Stahlstown; Orlin D. Barron Jr., Rockwood RD 2; Mrs. Kenneth (Olive) Gorby, Clairton, Ohio; Mrs. Charles (Kathryn) Mullins of Uniontown, Ohio; Bonnie Marie Blough of Rockwood RD 2; Mrs. Dwane (Violet) Maust of Somerset RD 3; Mrs. Jerry (Linda) Zearfoss of Listie; 23 grandchildren and 26 great-grandchildren. Sister of Mrs. Vernie Bowers, Scottdale RD 1; Raymond Henry and Mrs. Ernest (Ruby) Lyons, both of New Centerville. Formerly attended Barron's Lutheran Church and Scullton Christian Missionary Alliance Church. Friends will be received Friday 2-9 p.m. at Wilbur D.
