Barron, 80, Youngwood, died in Greensburg. Born Sept. 5, 1918, in Somerset, son of Martin Luther and Ida Mae (Felton) Barron. Preceded in death by parents; a son, Denis Lee Barron; sister, Myrtle Neihenke and a brother, Ralph Barron. Survived by wife of 60 years, Delores (Sturtz) Barron; son, Donald Barron and wife, Carol of Glenn Burnie, Md., daughter, Cheryle Orner, also of Glenn Burnie; daughter-in-law, Pat Devone of Derry, N.H.; sister, Ethel Mae Gardner of Somerset; 7 grandchildren; 7 great-grandchildren; and a number of nieces and nephews. Member of Christ United Methodist Church of Youngwood, and Robertshaw Retirees. Friends received from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Tuesday at C. Richard McCauley Funeral Home, Inc., Youngwood, where service will be at 11 a.m. Wednesday. Rev. Dr. Merritt Edner, officiating. Interment, Westmoreland County Memorial Park, Greensburg.
