Barron, 72, Houston Street, Somerset, died Nov. 24, 1982, at his residence. He was born April 4, 1910, in Somerset Township, a son of the late Wilson and Grace (Kennel) Barron. Also preceded in death by his wife, the former Mary Ellen Hetzer, three brothers and a sister. Survived by these sons: Jay, Everett; Jack, Federal Way, Wash.; H. Larry, Hagerstown, Md.; Thomas, Seattle, Wash.; Floyd M. Jr., Eagle River, Alaska; Donald, Guyman, Okla.; and six grandchildren. He was a brother of: Mrs. Ethel Schrock and Mrs. Lucille Clark, both of Somerset RD 3; Mrs. Marco (Wilma) Biancotti, Listie; Mrs. Jack (Mary) Dorsey, East McKeesport; Robert, Elmira, N.Y.; and Fred, Medina, Ohio. He was a retired B&O Railroad conductor and was a member of the VFW Home Aid Association. Friends will be received from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Saturday at the Richard E. Hauger Funeral Home, where services will be conducted at 1:30 p.m. Sunday with the Rev. Gregory Pyle officiating. Interment, Beluah [sic] Cemetery. Daily American, November 27, 1982 [B0530]
