  BARRON
  
    Galen Barron, 66, of Somerset died March 2, 1998, at Conemaugh Memorial
  Hospital, Johnstown.  Born Oct. 18, 1931 in Ralphton, a son of the late
  Clarence and Ruth (Brocht) Barron.  Preceded in death by five infant
  brothers and very close friend, Pauline Hillard.  Survived by a friend,
  Louise Harkcom of Rockwood.  Brother of Edward F. of Hoover Road, Somerset,
  Kenneth of Rockwood, Ray of Hoover Road, Somerset and Mary, wife of Lester
  Riley, of Vandergrift.  He was retired from the Somerset Hospital laundry
  department.  Friends will be received from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Thursday at
  Robert H. Halverson Funeral Home, where funeral service will be conducted
  at 10:30 a.m. Friday.  Rev. John Palko officiating.  Interment, Husband
  Cemetery.
