    Helen L. Barron, 86, Somerset RD 3, died Sept. 3, 1996, at Somerset
  Hospital.  Born April 19, 1910, in Somerset Township.  Daughter of Robert
  and Mary (Steele) Letcher.  Preceded in death by parents, stepmother
  Elizabeth M. (Brant) Letcher; husband, Robert A. Barron, who died Sept. 6,
  1975, and sister, S. Catherine Meyers.  Survived by a daughter, Mrs. Dean
  M. (Jacqueline) Ream, Somerset RD 3, and grandson, Robert D. Ream, Somerset
  RD 3; also half-sister, Mrs. Lillian L. Beech, Somerset.  Member of Mt.
  Calvary Lutheran Church, Lavansville, and LCW.  Friends received from 2 to
  4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Thursday at the Hauger-Zeigler Funeral Home.  Services
  will be conducted at 11 a.m. Friday at Mt. Calvary Lutheran Church,
  Lavansville, with the Rev. George F. Mason Jr. officiating.  Interment,
  Somerset County Memorial Park.  No viewing at the church.
