Barron, 86, 900 Liberty Ave., Johnstown, died Aug. 8, 1982 at Memorial Hospital in Johnstown. Born Feb. 8, 1896, in Johnstown. Survived by wife, Erma Weaver Barron; children: Dorothy Fisher of Sebring, Fla.; Robert of Johnstown; Jo Ann Hufford of Altoona; seven grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren. Brother of: Mrs. Ruth Hufman, Melva Clawson and Clair, all of Johnstown. Preceded in death by parents, William and Maggie (Zimmerman) Barron, one grandson, two brothers and a sister. Member of the First Brethren Church in Johnstown where he was also a member of the Gleaners Class. Honorary member of Riverside Volunteer Fire Company. Well-known truck farmer in Riverside area. Friends will be received from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Tuesday at the John Henderson Funeral Home, 215 Central Ave., Johnstown, where service will be held at 11 a.m. Wednesday, the Rev.
