  BARRON
  
  Maude E. Barron, 77, Uhl Street, Somerset, died Aug. 28, 1985, at
  Somerset Community Hospital.  Born Sept. 16, 1907 in Lincoln Township, she
  was a daughter of the late John and Mayme (Rhodes) Bruner.  Preceded in
  death by her husband, John W. Barron Sr., one daughter; one son; a
  grandson, and one sister, Carrie Bruner.  She is survived by the following
  children:  Arlene Tomanio, Pittsburgh; Cecil, Houston; Ellis, Barrie, and
  Howard, all of Summerset; Dale, Gaithersburg, Md.; Sandra Crawford,
  Rockwood; Emily Harper, Clinton, Md.; John Jr., Johnstown; and the
  following stepchildren, Romaine Morrison and Anita Burton, both of Bel Air,
  Md.; Gail Vavrek, Deming, N. M. ; 30 grandchildren and 14
  great-grandchildren.  She was a member of Samuel's Lutheran Church. 
  Friends will be received Friday (today) from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. in the Robert
  H. Halverson Funeral Home where service will be conducted Saturday at 11 am.
  With the Rev. Gregory R. Pile officiating.  Interment, Samuel's Church
  Cemetery.  In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Samuel's Church.
