  WEBSTER W. BARRON
  
    Webster W. Barron, 98, of Maple Mountain Manor, Berlin, died Jan. 13,
  1982, at Maple Mountain Manor.
    He was born Feb. 5, 1883, in Somerset Township, son of the late Jacob and
  Nancy (Baker) Barron.  He was preceded in death by his first wife, the
  former Sadie Sayers, and by a second wife, the former Barbara (Handwerk)
  Engle.  He was also preceded by a brother and three sisters.
    Survived by these children:  Mrs. Ralph (Olive) Long, Somerset; Mrs.
  Homer (Eva) Bentz, Stoystown; Mrs. Mildred Schoff, Somerset RD 5; Mrs.
  Clarence (Fern) Brant, Berlin; Jacob, Stoystown; Mrs. Leroy (Betty)
  Shaulis, Ambridge; Robert, Baden; and these step-children: Mrs. Morris
  (Frances) Miller, Somerset RD 6; and Roy Engle, Berlin RD 1; also 24
  grandchildren; 34 great-grandchildren; and 12 great-great-grandchildren. 
  He was a member of Friedens Lutheran Church and a retired farmer.
    Friends were received at the Richard E. Hauger Funeral Home.  Funeral
  services were conducted at the Friedens Lutheran Church with the Rev. James
  Ling officiating. Interment, Friedens Cemetery.
