  BASINGER
  
    Herbert Basinger, 27, Washington D.C., formerly of Confluence, died April
  15, 1987, in George Washington University Hospital, Washington, D.C.  Born
  May 9, 1959, in Confluence, son of James Herbert and Alma (Harris) Basinger
  of Confluence.  Surviving are his parents; maternal grandmother, Alma Harris
  of Confluence; and a brother, Jay of Confluence.  Friends will be received
  from 2-9 p.m. Friday at the Humbert Funeral Home, Confluence, where
  services will be held Saturday at 1:30 p.m., the Rev. Vernon Witt
  officiating.  Interment, Jersey Cemetery.
