Bath, 65, died suddenly at his home, 114 North Third St., Duquesne, Pa., on Tuesday, Feb. 4. Pensioned by the Union Railroad Co., a year ago, he was a member of the First Methodist Church and the I.O.O.F., in Duquesne, and the Aliquippa Lodge, F. and A. M., and the Ancient Accepted Scottish Rite of the Valley of Pittsburgh. He was born on June 19, 1881, in Lonaconing, Md., son of the late Caleb M. and Marie N. Terless Bath. He grew to manhood in Salisbury, Pa., and had been living in Duquesne for 45 years. He is survived by his wife, Mrs. Vera M. (Sigginer) Bath, and three sisters, Mrs. Louise Boucher, Miss Ellen Bath, Mrs. C. H. Radcliff of Duquesne. Funeral services were held at his late home, on Thursday, Feb. 6, with Rev. C. M. Smith officiating. Interment in Fairview Cemetery, Pleasantville. Meyersdale Republican, February 20, 1947
