  JANE BAUERMASTER
  
    Jane Bauermaster, 49, of Berlin RD 1, died April 17, 1983, at West Penn
  Hospital, Pittsburgh.
    She was born Feb. 11, 1934, in Somerset, a daughter of Mrs. Leora
  (Knepper) Saylor Walker of Somerset and the late Earl B. Saylor.
    She is survived by her husband, Robert M.; and five children:  Brenda
  Sue, married to Thomas A. Walker, and R. Craig, both of Berlin RD 1; Scott
  Eliot, married to Susan Wade, Strasburg; Melanie Kay, married to Robert J.
  Deppen, Glenshaw; and Michele Joy of Berlin RD 1; granddaughter, Beth
  Alison Walker. 
    She was a sister of:  Glenn E. Saylor, Boswell RD 1; Alvin N., Atlanta,
  Ga.; James L., Pittsburgh; Mrs. Fae Foust, Somerset.
    Life-long member of the Brothersvalley Church of the Brethren, she was a
  church chorister and also served as a deaconess in the church.
    Friends were received at the Wilbur D. Miller Funeral Home.  Private
  family interment in Pike Cemetery, Brotherton, followed by a public
  memorial service at Brothersvalley Church of the Brethren Wednesday at 11
  a.m., the Rev. Larry Deffenbaugh and the Rev. Herald Seese officiating.
    In lieu of flowers, friends may make a contribution to Leukemia Society
  of America, Western Pennsylvania Chapter, 1614 Clark Bldg., 717 Liberty
  Ave., Pittsburgh, Pa, 15222.
