  CLARA BAUGHMAN
  
    Mrs. Clara L. Baughman, 75, of Meyersdale died Dec. 6, 1977, in
  Meyersdale Community Hospital.
    A native of Northampton Township, she was a daughter of the late Conrad
  Deist and  Mary E. (Brick) Deist.  Her husband, Lewis Baughman, died in
  1963.
    Mrs. Baughman was a member of Amity United Church of Christ.
    Surviving are three sons, Lawrence E. Baughman and Lewis Baughman Jr.,
  both of Rockwood; Carl Baughman, Defiance, Ohio; four daughters, Mrs. Mary
  E. Engle of Meyersdale; Mrs. Virginia Bowman, Meyersdale RD 4; Mrs. Alice
  Brackin, Hockessin, Del.;  Mrs. Grace Short, Salisbury; three sisters, Mrs.
  Ora Sarver and Mrs. Mary Ackerman, both of Meyersdale; Mrs. Susan Purcell,
  Brownsville, and nine grandchildren.
    Funeral services were held Friday at the M. Ray Leckemby Funeral Home
  with Rev. Lloyd Sechrist officiating.  Interment, Union Cemetery.
