  BAUGHMAN
  
    Elizabeth "Betty" Baughman, 87, of York, formerly of Somerset, died Dec.
  30, 2003, in York.  Born Oct. 24, 1916, in Somerset, she is the daughter of
  the late Jeremiah and Dorthea (Thomas) Pyle.  Also preceded in death by
  husband, Earl Baughman, who died Feb. 28, 1985 and sisters, Eveline Pyle,
  Anna Michaels and Carolyne Watson.  Survived by daughter Phyllis Wenifred
  Davis Reis and husband Aubrey Loucrie; stepchildren:  Mrs. Zane (Charlotte)
  Baughman Kimmel of Shanksville and Doris Baughman Townsend of Phoenix,
  Ariz.; grandchildren:  Michael Reis married to the former Christine Hall
  and Mark Reis.  Sister of Uleta "Lettie" Gashaw of Somerset and nieces,
  Linda Gashaw Brougher, Mrs. Dean (Dorthea) Michaels Cambell and Lee Ann
  Michaels.  Member of Somerset Church of Brethren.  A 1935 graduate of
  Somerset High School and enjoyed antiquing.  Friends received 2 to 4 and 7
  to 9 p.m. Wednesday in the Robert H. Halverson Funeral Home where service
  will be held at 10 a.m. Thursday with Rev. Gerald Defenbaugh officiating.
  Interment in St. John's Cemetery.
