  BAUGHMAN,  Elsie Marie 'Purbaugh' 09/13/07   Daily American
  
    Elsie Marie (Purbaugh) Baughman, 76, Rockwood, went home to be with her Lord and Savior
  on Sept. 12, 2007 at the Golden Living Center, Meyersdale. Born August 6, 1931, in Black
  Township, Rockwood, daughter of the late Oscar and Sarah (Carolus) Purbaugh. Elsie was
  the last surviving member of her family. She is preceded in death by her parents, and the
  following brothers and sisters, Charles (Porkey), Samuel, James William, Lloyd, Oscar,
  Viola Yoder, Mary Albright, Alice Price and Ellen Heining. She is also preceded in death
  by one grandson, Dustin Barron. She is survived by her husband of 58 years, Lawrence
  (Levi) Baughman, Rockwood; daughter, Darlene Lung (Harvey), Meyersdale; foster son,
  Stanley (Tammy) Barron; six grandchildren, Daniel and Joshua Lung, and Holly, Brandon,
  Jacob and Tanner Barron; three  step-grandchildren, Dale and Frank Lung and Cynthia Hare.
  Elise was a loving wife, mother and grandmother. She also had a deep love for her numerous
  nephews and nieces. Friends will be received from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Thursday at the
  M. Ray Leckemby Funeral Home, Meyersdale, where funeral service will be conducted 11 a.m.
  Friday. The Rev. Dr. Thomas Wegman officiating. Interment Salisbury Cemetery.

  Elsie Marie (Purbaugh) Baughman, Rockwood, went home to be with her
