  BAUGHMAN
  
    James S. Baughman, 85, of Somerset Township died Jan. 5, 2001 at his
  residence.  Born Aug. 12, 1915 in Somerset Township, he is the son of the
  late William A. and Mary E. (Saylor) Baughman.  Also preceded in death by
  sisters Dorothy Baker and Edna Pauline Glessner and two infant brothers. 
  Survived by his wife, the former Kathryn Nair to whom he was married 46
  years, a son William Baughman of Somerset Township, granddaughter Mrs.
  Jason (Valerie) Woy of Somerset and two great-grandchildren, Tiffany and
  Joseph Woy.  Brother of Barbara Ruth Freeze of Baltimore, Md.  Member of
  Geiger Church of the Brethren where he served as Deacon and a lifelong
  Somerset Township farmer.  Friends received from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Sunday in
  the Robert H. Halverson Funeral Home where service will be held at 11 a.m.
  Monday with the Rev. Gerlad Deffenbaugh officiating.  Interment in Weller
  Cemetery.  Contributions may be made to Geiger Church of the Brethren
  Building Fund, 185 Culligan Rd., Friedens, Pa. 15547.
