Born Feb. 19, 1921 in Wilson Creek, Black Township. Son of Lloyd and Mabel (Mullen) Baughman. Preceded in death by parents, brothers Earl and John Baughman, sisters, Marie Hanspote, Elsie Baughman and Malvine Golby. Survived by son, Dale Lloyd Baughman of Aberdeen, Md., and two grandchildren. Also a sister Mrs. Luella B. Harrison of Acosta and numerous nieces and nephews, including Mrs. Jack (Patricia Harrison) Fedor of South Park, and Mrs. David (Roberta Harrison) Neilan of Bethel Park. Member of Jenners Grace Brethren Church. A 1941 graduate of Somerset High School and a 1948 graduate of Pittsburgh Institute of Mortuary Science. Veteran of World War II where he served in the U.S. Army 7th Infantry European Theatre. Awarded a Purple Heart for wounds received in France in 1945, also earned the European African Middle Eastern Campaign Medal with two Bronze Stars. Friends received from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Thursday at the Hauger-Zeigler Funeral Home where a service will be conducted at 10 a.m. Friday with the Rev. John W. Lancaster and Rev.
