  BAUMAN
  
    Bessie G. Bauman, 94, East Sanner Street, Somerset, died June 23, 1979,
  in Somerset Community Hospital.  Born Sept. 24, 1884, in Bedford County,
  daughter of the Rev. John Calvin and Emma Jane (McVicker) Powell.  Preceded
  in death by husband, Harry E. and one son, H. Donald.  Survived by
  daughters:  Alice Rosbaugh, Somerset; and Violet, wife of Paul Willaman,
  Transfer, Pa RD 2; also seven grandchildren, 21 great grandchildren, and
  one great-great grandchild.  Member, Grace United Methodist Church,
  Somerset; retired schoolteacher.  Friends will be received after 4 p.m.
  today (Monday) at Robert H. Halverson Funeral Home, where services will be
  conducted Tuesday, 1:30 p.m., the Rev. Ted Cole officiating.  Interment,
  Husband Cemetery.
