  Kathryn V. "Kay" (Zook) Bazley, 93, Largo, Fla., formerly of Conemaugh Township
  and Johnstown, died Feb. 16, 2006, at Suncoast Hospital, Largo. Born Aug. 2,
  1912, in Curryville, daughter of Simon F. and Mary G. (Brown) Zook, who had
  resided in the Thomasdale area. Preceded in death by parents; husband, Paul B.,
  on Sept. 15, 1953; brothers, John and Lloyd; and sister-in-law, Jean Zook.
  Survived by nieces Ann Zook, Largo; and Susan (Zook), married to Daniel Herman,
  Seminole, Fla.; four great-nephews; and one great -niece. Former member of
  Bethany Presbyterian Church, Johnstown. Member of Beta Epsilon Chapter of Delta
  Kappa Gamma, honorary teacher society; American Association of University Women,
  Johnstown Chapter, Johnstown Story League; and Lake Seminal (Florida)
  Presbyterian Church. Kay moved from this area back to Florida in August 1994.
  Former elementary school teacher and librarian in Richland Township; Long
  Branch, N.J.; and Tampa, Fla., with over 40 years of service. Memorial service
  will be held in Florida at a later date. Graveside service will be held at 1
  p.m. Monday at Maple Spring Cemetery, near Jerome. The Pastor Denise Ann Todero
  CLP officiating. Arrangements by Hoffman Funeral Home, Davidsville.
