  VALERIA A. (URBAN) BAZYK
  
  Valeria A. (Urban) Bazyk, 96, Main Street, Boswell, died Dec. 7, 2004, at her 
  home.  Born June 24, 1908, in Ralphton, daughter of John and Josephine (Bukowski) 
  Urban.  Preceded in death by parents; stepfather, Joseph Bukowski; husband, Frank 
  A., on Oct. 15, 1968; sisters Alice Urban and Adella Paputa; brothers, Joseph 
  Wallace, Frank and Stanley; sister-in-law, Alberta Urban; and great-great-
  granddaughter, Erica Santoyo.  Survived by these children: Josephine "Jane," 
  married to Glenn Lintz, Boswell; Frank, married to Kathy Bischof, Johnstown; 
  John "Jack," married to Patricia Besyk, Jerome; and Alice married to Donald 
  Havers, Johnstown; grandchildren, Jeanette, married to Jim Mayak; Gary Lintz, 
  married to Cecelia Palm; Glenn Joe Lintz, married to Eileen Miller; Frank Bazyk, 
  married to Laura Troxel; Bryan Bazyk, and friend, Marissa; Kristen, married to 
  Kevin Weaver; and Jacqueline, married to Holt Livesay; and 10 great-
  grandchildren.  Member of All Saints Catholic Parish and was the oldest known 
  resident of Boswell.  Had been a member of the former St. Barbara's Sodality.  
  Friends were received from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Thursday at Hoffman Funeral 
  Home, Main Street, Boswell, where vigil for the deceased was held at 3 p.m.  
  Thursday.  Funeral Mass at 10 a.m. Friday at All Saints Church Boswell, the Rev.  
  Father Daniel G. Fink, OFM Conv. celebrant.  Committal, St. Stanislaus Cemetery, 
  Boswell.
