  MRS. DOROTHY M. BEACHY
  
    Mrs. Dorothy M. Beachy, 70, of West Salisbury, died Thursday, July 20, in
  Meyersdale Community Hospital.
    Born Oct. 15, 1896, in Elk Lick Township, she was a daughter of the late
  Samuel and Margaret (Herwig) Glotfelty.
    She is survived by her husband, Jerry F. Beachy, West Salisbury; a son,
  Jerry Robert Beachy, West Salisbury; two daughters, Mrs. Betty M. Deal,
  Salisbury RD 1, and Mrs. Beatrice L. Hardy, Cumberland; also eight
  grandchildren and a sister, Mrs. Ada G. Lichty, Salisbury.
    She was a member of St. John's United Church of Christ in Salisbury, the
  Fifth Society of Farm Women and the Springs Historical Society.
    Funeral service was held in Thomas Funeral Home, Salisbury, on Sunday
  afternoon, with Rev. Richard H. Harder officiating.  Interment was made in
  Salisbury IOOF cemetery.
