  ELMER C. BEACHY
  
    Elmer C. Beachy, 64, Grantsville, died Jan. 23, at his home.
    Born in Bittinger, he was a son of the late Simon and Katie (Bender)
  Beachy.
    He was a member of Oak Grove Mennonite Church, where he was a trustee and
  a former superintendent for many years.  A former employee of New Germany
  Recreation Area, he retired after more that 15 years of service.
    Surviving are his widow, Goldie (Butler) Beachy; two sons, Olen D. and
  Marvin E. Beachy, Grantsville; a daughter, Mrs. Donna Stahl, Berlin; a
  brother, Ernest Beachy, Grantsville; a sister Mrs. Freda Beal, Markleton;
  and six grandchildren.
    Services were conducted Jan. 26 at Oak Grove Church, Rev. Earl Yoder
  officiating and burial was in the church cemetery in charge of Newman
  Funeral Home.
