  PAULINE E. BEACHY
  
    Pauline E. Beachy, 78, of 13545 Wooden Road, Chardon, Ohio, formerly of
  Grantsville, Md., died Tuesday, Sept. 6, 1988, at Geauga Hospital, Chardon,
  Ohio.
    Born August 6, 1910 at Keyser's Ridge, she was the daughter of the late
  Peter and Mary (Platter) Beachy.
    She was a former waitress at the Hickory Inn, Bel Air, Md.  She earned a
  nursing degree from Bridgewater College, Bridgewater, Va., and a teaching
  degree from Frostburg Normal School, and was a member of the Bear Creek
  Church of the Brethren.
    Survivors include one sister, Mrs. Ruth Hartman, of Salisbury and several
  nieces and nephews.
    Services were conducted Thursday at 11 a.m. in the Newman Funeral Home by
  the Rev. William C. Shimer.  Interment, Grantsville Cemetery.
