  George W. H. Beal, 85, Somerset, died Aug. 21, 2006, in Grantsville, Md. Born
  March 10, 1921, in Berlin, son of the late Simon and Margaret (Wyand) Beal.
  Also preceded in death by his wife, Freda (Beachey) Beal; son, George Jr.;
  brother, Floyd, who was killed in World War II and a sister, Anna Will.
  Survived by son Lowell W. Beal, Somerset; grandchildren Roxanne Brown, Mark W.
  Beal, Lisa Ann Nunnari and George Beal; several great-grandchildren; sister
  Catherine Reynolds, Meyersdale and close friend Mary Hayes. Retired farmer from
  the Markleton area and was employed at the Friends Stockyard in Accident, Md.
  Friends received 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m., Thursday at the Robert H. Halverson
  Funeral Home, Somerset where services will be held at 11 a.m., Friday with Rick
  Kinneer officiating. Interment in Berlin IOOF Cemetery. Contributions may be
  made to the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah Witness, 1102 S. Franklin Ave., Somerset,
  PA 15501.
