  BEAL
  
    Harry M. Beal, 74, of Acosta, died Feb. 21, 1987, at his residence.  He
  was born Dec. 6, 1912, in Salisbury, son of the late Charles and Mary
  (Smith) Beal.   Preceded by brother, Homer.  Survived by his wife, the
  former Ella Jane Swank; daughter, Ms. Jean E. Beal Rinker of Boswell;
  grandson, Thomas Jones Jr., Kernersville N.C.; granddaughter, Mrs. Gary
  (Cindy) Firda, Schenectady, N.Y.; and great granddaughter, Heidi Lynn
  McCracken.  Brother of Mrs. Edna Berkey, Martins Ferry, Ohio.  He was a
  dragline operator for 34 years and was employed by The Brant Coal Company,
  prior to retirement.  Member of St. John's United Methodist Church, Jenner
  Rod and Gun Club and the Laurel Mountain Field and Stream Club. Friends
  received 7-9 p.m. Monday and 2-4 and 7-9 pm. Tuesday at the Hauger-Zeigler
  Funeral Home where services will be held Wednesday at 10 a.m., the Rev.
  Donald E. Krestar officiating.  Interment, Somerset County Memorial Park.
