  MAE M. BEAL
  
    Mae M. Beal, 99, of Ellerslie, Md., died Sunday, July 21, 1990, at the
  Cumberland Nursing Home, Md.
    Born March 6, 1891, in Ellerslie, Md., she was the daughter of the late
  Elmer E. and Emma (Naus) Blume.  She was preceded in death by her husband,
  Irvin H. Beal, April 23, 1970, and by one son.
    She was a homemaker and a member of the Redeemer's United Church of
  Christ in Ellerslie, Md. She was also a member of the Ellerslie United
  Methodist Women and was a past member of the Ladies Auxiliary of the
  Ellerslie Volunteer Fire Company, Md.
    She is survived by three sons:  Troy W. Beal, Ellerslie, Md.; Oswald O.
  Beal, Hyattsville, Md.; and Wendell C. Beal, Elyria, Ohio; two daughters: 
  Winifred E. Dudley, Wellersburg; and Zelina A. Kelly, Ellerslie, Md.; one
  brother, Elsworth Shaffer, Bedford; one sister, Ruth Brown, York; seven
  grandchildren, and five great-grandchildren.
    Friends were received at the Harvey H. Zeigler Funeral Home, Hyndman,
  where services were conducted Tuesday at 11 a.m. by the Rev. Roger E.
  Burtner.
    Interment, Restlawn Memorial Gardens.
    Pallbearers were Don Lowery, Ron Lowery, Millard Lowery, Ron Cook, Warren
  Lohr and Leroy Speelman.
