  Robert F. Beal, 78, Salisbury, died Nov. 1, 1985, at the Goodwill Mennonite
  Home, Grantsville, Md.  Born Aug. 23, 1907, in Elk Lick Township, son of the
  late William H. and Cora M. (Hersh) Beal.  Survived by his wife, the former
  M. Marie Fleigle; also two sons, Robert F. Jr. of Salisbury; and Jack D. of
  Somerset; three daughters:  Mrs. Barron (Norma) W. Ross, Somerset; Mrs.
  Joseph (Donna M.) Lishia, Boynton; and Mrs. Arlene F. Green, Springs; one
  brother, Clyde, Boynton; and a sister, Mrs. Ruth Stahl, Meyersdale; 13
  grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren.  Retired cement finisher and
  supervised the building of the Village Theater, Salisbury.  Active in
  Democratic Party.  Funeral services held Sunday with the Rev. David E.
  Fetter officiating at Thomas Funeral Home, with interment, Salisbury
  Cemetery.
