    Walter J. Beal Jr., 72, Schellsburg, died July 22, 2008, at home. Born Aug.
  2, 1935, in Meyersdale, son of Walter J. Sr. and Ethel (Good) Beal. Preceded in
  death by parents;  one brother and two sisters; infant  son, Jonny Walter Beal;
  and adopted  son, Ray France. Survived by wife  of 53 years, the former Betty
  F. Hinzy; and these children, Barry; Carol and husband, Ron Moore; Ronald and
  wife, Sheila; Fay and husband, Steve Ammermon; Debra and husband, Glenn
  Mitchell; and Pamela and husband, Stevie Ammermon. Also survived by 17
  grandchildren and 19 great- grandchildren. Member of Point Church of the
  Brethren in Schellsburg. He was an avid hunter and fisherman. No viewing or
  receiving of friends. Arrangements by George E. Mason Funeral Home Inc.,
  Davidsville. In lieu of flowers please make donations to Windber Hospice, 600
