Beale, 80, formerly of Keyser, W.Va. and more recently of 135 North Mechanic Street Cumberland, Md. died Feb. 13, 1988, at her residence. Born at Old Fields, W.Va., she was a daughter of the late Edward and Virginia (Rotruck) Liller. She was preceded in death by her husband, Vernon L. Beale Sr., in 1970. She was a former employee of the Celanese Corp. and was a member of the Grace Memorial Community Church. Surviving are one daughter, Mrs. Verna W. Miller, Hyndman RD 1; two sons, Vernon L. Beale, Frostburg, Md.; and Richard R. Beale, Lakeland, Fla.; one brother, Raymond Liller, Keyser, WV; two sisters, Mrs. Alice Davis and Mrs. Elwanda Miller, both of Cumberland, Md; seven grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren. Friends were received at the Silcox-Merritt Funeral Home where services were conducted Tuesday at 11 a.m. by the Rev. William Moyer. Interment, Queen's Point Cemetery, Keyser.
