  CHRISTINA L. BEALS
  
    Mrs. Christina L. Beals, 90, formerly of Grantsville, Md., died June 30,
  1978, in Cuppett-Weeks Nursing Home, Oakland.
    A native of Garrett County, she was a daughter of the late John and
  Matilda (Hockman) Failinger.  Her husband, William Beals, preceded her in
  death.
    Mrs. Beals was a member of Christ Lutheran Church and its Church Women.
    Several nieces and nephews survive.
    The body was taken to the Newman Funeral Home, Grantsville, Md.  Services
  were conducted Monday in Christ Lutheran Church with the Rev. David Fetter
  officiating.  Interment was in Addison Cemetery.
