  BEATTIE
  
    Helen E. Beattie, 66, of Walker Street, Garrett, died Oct. 26, 1978 at
  Meyersdale Community Hospital.  Born Mary 26, 1912, in Garrett, a daughter
  of Hiram and Lillie (Boden) Lohr.  Preceded in death by her parents, one
  sister, three brothers and one grandson.  Survived by husband, John
  Beattie, and the following children:  Budd of Baden, Pa.; Mrs. Roy (Martha)
  Mimna of Baltimore, Md.; Charles of Berlin RD 4; Samuel of Meyersdale RD 3;
  Mrs. John (Deborah) Blizzard of Baltimore, Md.; and Robert of Berlin RD 3;
  also 17 grandchildren; five great grandchildren; three sisters:  Mrs.
  Florence Niehenke and Mrs. Donald (Martha) Ries, both of Baden; and Mrs.
  Glenn (Violet) Lohr of Mars; and one brother, James Lohr of Ambridge. 
  Friends will be received after 7 p.m. Friday in the Johnson-Kuhlman Funeral
  Home, Berlin, where services will be held Sunday at 1 p.m. with James R.
  Kinner, Minister, officiating.  Interment, Highland Cemetery, Garrett.
