    Robert Eugene Beattie Sr., 48, York, formerly of Garrett, died April 6,
  1994, in Manning, S.C.  Born Oct. 7, 1945, in Rockwood, son of John and
  Helen (Lohr) Beattie.  Preceded in death by parents and one grandchild. 
  Survived by these children: Margaret Sulkowski; Connie West; and Robert E.
  Jr.; also 7 grandchildren.  Brother of Charles, Sam, Bud, Kathleen "Annie"
  Mimmna and Deb Blizzard.  Funeral services will be held at convenience of
  family. Arrangements by Deaner Funeral Home, Stoystown.
