Born Jan. 31, 1915, in Listie. Son of August G. and Hulda D. (Shaulis) Beech. Preceded in death by parents; wife, Lillian LaRue (Letcher) Beech, who died July 8, 2001; and brothers, Harold F. and Glenn Beech. Survived by children, Mrs. William C. (Linda) Miller, Phoenixville; Mrs. Ray A. (Barbara) Weyand, Friedens; Mrs. David L. (Susan) Weyand, Friedens; grandchildren, Mrs. Steven (Michelle) Potts, Lansdale; Michael Miller and wife, Jennifer, Phoenixville; Mrs. Jay (Rachel) Sharrer, Rochester; Brandon Weyand and wife, Kelli, Coats, N.C.; Amber Weyand, Johnstown; and Leah Weyand, Friedens; great-grandchildren, Hollis, Breanna and Carolyn Potts and Christian Miller; sister, Mrs. Sara Zarefoss, Stephens City, Va.; and brother, Elwood L. Beech, Somerset. Member of Listie Grace Brethren Church, where he was the Sunday school Superintendent for 54 years and he also served as a deacon and was a member of the choir. Graduate of Somerset Township High School. Past president of the Laurel Ridge Sportsman's Association for 35 years and secretary for 12 years. He also prepared income taxes. Friends received from 6 to 9 p.m. Sunday at Hauger-Zeigler Funeral Home, Somerset. A funeral service will be con-ducted at 10:30 a.m. Monday at Listie Grace Brethren Church, Somerset. The Rev.
