Beeghly, 58, Somerset RD 1, died Feb. 28, 1986, at Presbyterian University Hospital, Pittsburgh. Born June 4, 1927, in Stonycreek Township, son of Owen M. Beeghly, Somerset and the late Emma Leora (Mostoller) Beeghly. Survived by Alice Elaine (Walker) Beeghly; and these children: Mrs. (Dr.) Robert (Shirley) Rogers, Ford Cliff, Pa.; Mrs. Sokhomal (Barbara) Chan, Boston, Mass.; Blake L. and Brian W., both of Somerset; also 12 grandchildren. Brother of: Mrs. Leroy (June) Sayers, Smyrna, Del.; Mrs. Robert (Faye) Bentz, Dayton, Va.; and Wayne J., Beeghly, Somerset. Farmer and businessman, owner and operator of Hillvale Farms. Veteran of World War II. Member of Somerset Church of the Brethren. Friends received 7-9 p.m. Monday and 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Tuesday at Hauger-Zeigler Funeral Home. Service will be held at 10 a.m. Wednesday at Somerset Church of the Brethren, the Rev. Roger L. Forry officiating. Interment, Pike Run Cemetery.
