  BEEMAN
  
    Elmer D. Beeman, 56, 9117 Somerset Pike, Boswell, died Nov. 16, 1996, at
  home.  Born Dec. 17, 1939, in Friedens, son of Earl D. and Mary (Fleegle)
  Beeman. Preceded in death by parents and brothers, Harold and Bob. 
  Survived by wife, Deane Gilley, and these children:  Raylynn, wife of R.J.
  Leininger, Oakhurst, Texas; and Michael Gilley, at home; and
  stepchildren:  Debra Beal, Boswell, and Daniel Baronie, New Florence;
  grandchildren: Alyssa Leininger and Andrew Gilley.  Brother of William,
  married to Marion Pesiri, Middle Village, N.Y.; and Patty Finch, Florida. 
  Also survived by numerous uncles, aunts, nieces, nephews and cousins. 
  Member of Somerset Post 554 VFW, and Somerset DAV.  Retired Army staff
  sergeant with 20 years of service.  Vietnam War veteran.  Correctional
  officer with Texas Dept. of Criminal Justice for 9 years.  Friends received
  from 10 a.m. until the time of memorial service at 11 a.m. Tuesday at the
  Hoffman Funeral Home, Main Street, Boswell, the Rev. Michael W. McGary
  officiating. Cremation in charge of St. Claire Cemetery Assoc., Greensburg.
