  BEGGS
  
    Dorothy K. Beggs, 74, of Confluence, died Feb. 20, 1990, at home.  Born
  Feb. 6, 1916, in Johnstown, a daughter of the late Charles and Emily
  (Knight) Beggs.  Surviving are two sisters, Martha Holt and Elayne Kemp,
  both of Confluence, and a brother, Richard Beggs of Kutztown; also seven
  nieces and eight nephews.  She was preceded in death by a brother, Walter,
  and a sister, Helen Rainey.  She was a member of the Confluence Christian
  Church and employed in the insurance field for 42 years.  Friends will be
  received from 2 to 9 p.m. Thursday at the Humbert Funeral Home in
  Confluence, where services will be held at 1 p.m. Friday, with the Rev.
  Evert Millard officiating.  Interment, Somerset County Memorial Park.
